Step 1: Pre-Radiant Heat Install Instructions
A. Read the entire electric radiant heat install manual
B. Determine the total square footage of area to be heated and location of transformer
C. Call Radiant Solutions or submit your request online to order materials 1-877-300-8842

Step 2: Electrical Rough In and Cold Leads:
A. A licensed electrician will provide the proper power to the location of the control box
B. Install the back plate, run T-stat wire and plan the layout of the electric heating cable
C. Run the cold leads to the start and end points determined during element layout |

Step 3: Install Heating Element
A. Install the electric heating cable with the proper spacing as designed by Radiant Solutions
B. Track the number of feet of electric heating cable used during installation
C. Crimp and solder the connections to the cold leads. Call Radiant Solutions to record info |

Step 4: Install Control Box and Transformer
A. Hang Control Box and Transformer
B. Connect line voltage to transformer and wire controls and thermostats
C. Hook Torriod around cold leads |

Step 5: Start Up and Adjustment
A. Connect the cold lead to the proper tap on the transformer
B. Turn system on and take reading to determine operation amperage
C. Adjust taps or current to proper operation amps
D. Program the thermostat for efficient operation
E. Install Tile or marble with continuity meter to alert for breaks
