The Mesh
Our low voltage radiant heating sytems utilize Z Mesh technology and are the most innovative heating elements on the market. The Z Mesh system operates under 32 volts and is a bronze screen material that rolls out and is stapled down to the subroof on top of ice and water shield. Our Z mesh product for roofs come in 9 inch widths and various lengths to cover areas from 50 to 400 square feet on 1 gutter sensor. Due to the low profile of the mesh, it incures virtually no floor build up making it the best product for remodels and for radiant heat under hardwood, carpet, and laminate floors. The Z Mesh is also the most durable heating element as it can be stapled and nailed through (provided it does not come in contact with anything electrically conductive) without damaging the heating element. This means installing nail down hardwood floors over the top of the Z Mesh can be done easily.
The System
| The Z Mesh is a bronze screen material that comes in 9 inch widths and various lengths. It is stapled to the subroof and then non metalic shingles can be installed directly on top of it. The Z Mesh does not require any cement or metal rim system. Because the system operates under 32 volts, it is possible to safely put your hand directly on the mesh during operation. |

The Z Mesh system is controled by a computor system and a low voltage step down transformer that is installed in a garage, utility room, or attic space. This system is self monitoring and self diagnosing and will shut itself off under abnormal operating conditions. A line of LED lights communicate the status of operation. |
